How to use EkoSynbiotyk? – DOSAGE
EkoSynbiotyk should be taken once a day. Adults: 15ml / children up to 16 years old: 5ml daily. It is recommended to dilute EkoSynbiotyk in half a glass of lukewarm water before consumption.
How long should I use EkoSynbiotyk?
To restore the balance of our microbiome, the treatment should last about 6 months. However, to introduce microelements, vitamins, and protect the microbiome from dysregulation, it is recommended to use EkoSynbiotyk continuously.
Do I need to take breaks while using EkoSynbiotyk?
EkoSynbiotyk can be taken continuously without the need for breaks between treatments.
How to store EkoSynbiotyk?
EkoSynbiotyk should be stored in a place where it will not be exposed to direct sunlight. The best place is the bottom shelf of the refrigerator, but it can also be stored in a regular drawer or shaded shelf, as long as it is not exposed to high heat. Before opening, EkoSynbiotyk can be stored at room temperature.
Can pregnant women use EkoSynbiotyk?
We have not conducted studies for the registration of the product for use during pregnancy. The ingredients of EkoSynbiotyk contain microelements naturally found in a healthy digestive system, without artificial colorants or preservatives, and the formula as well as the finished product are 100% natural and non-genetically modified.
What is the expiration date?
EkoSynbiotyk has a two-year shelf life. The expiration date is provided on the top part of each bottle.
How to store EkoSynbiotyk after opening?
Once opened, EkoSynbiotyk should be stored in the refrigerator.
I ordered EkoSynbiotyk through the website, when will my shipment arrive?
Orders for EkoSynbiotyk are shipped from our warehouse on all business days. We strive to ship the package within 24-48 hours of the order. Currently, shipments are handled by DPD couriers and are only available for delivery within the continental EU countries.
Do plastic bottles react with the contents?
Our bottles are approved by Kamsoft for distribution in pharmacies and do not react with the contents of EkoSynbiotyk. Since the bacterial strains in our product are in live and active form, EkoSynbiotyk cannot be packaged in glass bottles. The live bacterial strains produce gases, which increase the pressure inside the bottle and could cause the glass to crack. Under higher temperatures, even in relatively short timeframes, the amount of gas can cause significant pressure buildup, potentially damaging the cork or causing the bottle to burst. The packaging is biodegradable and does not react with the product.
There was a payment issue, my order is unpaid. How to pay?
If your payment was not successfully completed and you cannot make the payment for your order again, you can pay for it using the order confirmation email or create a new order, and the old unpaid one will be automatically closed after a few days.
I received the shipment, but the contents were damaged or incomplete. What should I do?
Unfortunately, despite our best efforts in packaging, the contents of the package may get damaged during delivery. In such a case, please contact us and provide photographic documentation of the package and its contents so that we can resend the package after verifying the complaint.
