Description

All strains used in EkoSynbiotyk are non-modified. The product is gluten-free and contains no sugars and GMO.

Each batch of EkoSynbiotyk is tested after production in our in-house and external accredited laboratory – ITM (Institute of Microbiological Technology).

Our proprietary synbiotic formula contains carefully selected and stabilized strains of probiotic bacterial cultures that work synergistically. Additionally, the ingredients in our probiotic undergo a fermentation process, transforming them into easily absorbable metabolites.

Synbiotic: A 100% natural probiotic and prebiotic

The ecological and certified medium for these bacteria/microorganisms includes Jerusalem artichoke, sugarcane molasses, and pomegranate, blueberry, and cherry juices.

Thanks to this technology, the final product contains not only probiotic bacteria but also their metabolites, such as lactic acid, succinic acid (which positively affects digestion and vitamin absorption), acetic acid, propionic acid, asparagine, alanine, proline, methionine, phenylalanine, and vitamins K, B1, B6, and B12.

As the fermentation process is natural, the quantitative composition of individual substances may vary. The environmental impact of our product is based not only on the presence of bacteria but also on their important metabolites.

Over 4000 metabolites
Alanine – One of the 22 amino acids that build proteins. It is an endogenous amino acid, meaning the human body can synthesize it from other amino acids and pyruvate. Alanine plays a key role in the glucose-alanine cycle, transferring nitrogen between muscles and the liver, and serves as an important substrate in gluconeogenesis (the production of glucose from non-sugar compounds). Its availability positively influences energy processes, especially during physical exertion. Supplementation may be beneficial in endurance and strength-endurance sports during intense training or periods of insufficient calorie intake.

Aspartic acid – Known as asparagine, it is an organic compound from the group of proteinogenic amino acids. As an endogenous amino acid, its demand in the human body is entirely met by biosynthesis. It acts as a neurotransmitter and participates in numerous physiological processes.

Amino Acids for Nervous System Well-Being:
Methionine – An organic compound that belongs to the group of encoded amino acids and is electrically neutral. Along with cysteine, methionine is a sulfur-containing amino acid. It is found in large amounts in egg protein and milk casein. As an essential amino acid, it is not synthesized in the body and must be obtained through diet. Methionine participates in metabolic reactions, including methylation, supplying sulfur groups. It is involved in protein production and over 100 metabolic processes, enabling the creation of substances like creatine, choline, and epinephrine.

Phenylalanine – An essential amino acid that serves as the fundamental building block of most naturally occurring proteins. It can be absorbed by the body or synthetically produced. Phenylalanine is also a component of natural antibiotics such as gramicidin, produced by microorganisms during metabolism.

Certified and Safe Product:
EkoSynbiotyk is naturally fermented, containing live and active microbial cultures. Its stability largely depends on storage conditions, which affect the quality of their metabolism.

Key parameters include the number of lactic acid bacteria and the total bacterial count in CFU/ml. After production, values reach 10⁷/10⁸ CFU/ml. We guarantee that, when properly stored and consumed, the product does not fall below 10⁵ CFU/ml during its shelf life.

Quality control and oversight of every production batch are managed by ITM (Institute of Microbiological Technology).
